Refund & Return Policy

We want you (and your cat!) to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, damaged items, and missing packages.


1. Damaged or Defective Items

All our products are ceramic and handled with care, but breakage can happen during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, cracked, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the damage

  • A photo of the packaging (including the shipping label)


2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, color, or style:

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of what you received.
We will send the correct item at no additional cost or issue a refund.


3. Missing Items or Package Not Received

If your package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Please check your mailbox, delivery area, and with neighbors.

  2. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

If the package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), we will send a replacement or refund you in full.


4. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

Because our products are made-to-order from our suppliers and shipped directly to you, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong color or size

  • Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed by our supplier.
After this window, cancellation may not be possible.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to sections above.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
